Return and Refund Policy
Product Return
Biemko accepts returns on items that appear defective or damaged prior to use or we shipped the wrong item to the customer. We have a 30-day return policy, which means all defective and wrong item claims must be reported within 14 days and returned within 30 days of receipt to Biemko LLC. Only the purchase price of a product is refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. External packaging blemishes or wear from transit do not qualify as valid reasons for return or exchange.
All returned products without prior authorization and returns after 30 days of purchase shall be refused. All made to order or custom products are non-refundable and cannot be returned for credit. Any FREE or discounted shipping charges shall also be reimbursed back to Biemko LLC.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@biemko.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NOTE: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. i.e. Made to order parts, custom cut, and specialty items. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Custom orders or Specialty Items are sold on a "Final Sale" basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits are allowed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. External packaging blemishes or wear from transit do not qualify as valid reasons for return or exchange. Please note: Cosmetic damage to external packaging does not constitute grounds for return or exchange. We encourage customers to inspect all items promptly upon delivery and follow our return guidelines. Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of a return or claim.
Exchanges
Exchanges applies only if Biemko ships the wrong item to the customer or in some cases is a manufacturer's product defect. In that case, the fastest process is to return the item back to Biemko, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please take note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
