Shipping policy
Warranty:
All Biemko LLC products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects at the time of shipment. All defective claims must be reported within 14 days and returned within 30 days of receipt to Biemko LLC. Customers must specify in writing the type of product, the defect, details like part number, and the date of purchase from Biemko LLC. Biemko LLC cannot be responsible for consequential damages and labor charges. Warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear, defects, and damage due to alterations, negligence, and use beyond safe operating limits. Biemko LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Canceled Orders: Once an order is processed, the order cannot be changed, added to, or canceled.
Freight Policy: In situations where the shipping warehouse does not offer a preferred shipping method, an alternative method shall be selected to expedite the order as efficiently as possible to the discretion of Biemko LLC.
UPS Shipping: Please note: UPS deliveries do not include Saturday or Sunday unless specified in the shipping method.
International Shipping: We use UPS and DHL express for all International customers. The customer is responsible for freight, all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Fulfillment Policy: Orders placed on Biemko.com or by phone are normally processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. However, for drop-shipments, processing time may vary, so please allow 5-15 business days for processing and shipping if the product is in stock. When minimum orders may be required for certain products, we will contact you to adjust order. All expedited (faster than ground shipping) orders must be placed by 1 PM CST, M-F. Processing time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow slightly longer during the Holiday Season.
Out of Stock: If the product(s) is out of stock, we will immediately notify you via email to convey the lead time and confirm if you would like to wait for your order to be fulfilled.
